世界で活躍中の「野田真奈」プロデュース NPC ビキニ・コンペティタによるスペシャルレッスン「ポージングとはあなたの一番の特性を見せ、あなたの弱点を隠す」ことです。 7月22日（日）、１４：００時～東京アメリカンクラブでCJBBFビキニポージングセミナー開催します！

Come join the NPC bikini competitor "Mana Noda" as she takes you through the NEED TO KNOWS on posing, contest prep and show day information!

Learn from the PRO! プロから学ぶ！ The full 2 hours experience allows you to run through a full session of bikini posing and give you the time to meet, greet and ask any all questions about competing!

2時間のセミナーでは、必要なポースについて、全部のポースを流れて結び合うプレゼンテーション（ポーズルーティン）の作り方を詳しく教えします！そして、自分自身のマイウォーキングを見つけて、自分のベストウォークを習いましょう！ポージングや審査基準様々な質問事項等にもお答えいたします。

Please bring Heels, wear workout clothes (Sports Bra and spandex shorts work best), can also bring a regular bikini to pose in as well as competition suit!

ポージング指導希望者は、ヒールズ、ビキニ、ステージ衣装を持参ください（スポーツブラ・スパンデックスショーツが最適です）。

■ From 2010, as NPC Bikini athlete, participated in Fitness and Body Fitness competitions, having many achievements. Beginning in 2014, Mana became Bikini athlete, participating in Central California Championship. Also she got the highest peak at Mr. OLYMPIA, held in Las Vegas. Participated in the BIKINI MODEL SEARCH, where all the top bikini contesters from around the world compete, being the first time a Japanese women to compete at this Mr. OLYMPIA Class. In 2015 and 2016 she was ranked 7th in the BIKINI MODEL SEARCH, where the 80 top Bikini Contesters from around the world participated.

現役のアメリカNPCのBIKINIアスリート。2010年よりフィットネス、ボディフィットネス競技に参戦し多くの実績を収める。2014年よりBIKINIアスリートに転向。ステージをアメリカに移し初戦のセントラル・カリフォルニア・チャンピオンシップの２クラスにおいて準優勝。またラスベガスで開催されたボディビル競技の最高峰Mr.OLYMPIAでは全米のトップビキニ選手が出場するBIKINI MODEL SEARCHに出場し日本女性では初めてMr.OLYMPIAのステージに上がる。2015年、2016年のMr.OLYMPIAでは全米のトップビキニ選手80名が出場するBIKINI MODEL SEARCHで7位の好成績を収める。

Mana also worked as a professional fitness model certified by JMFA (Japan Muscle & Fitness Association), and also she has many appearance on TV as well.

JMFA（一般社団法人日本マッスル＆フィットネス協会）認定のプロフィットネスモデルとしても活動し、テレビにも多数出演。

As a BIKINI athlete, she works hard as a professional who is looking forward to keep a beautiful body, taking advantage of hers experience, Mana is one of the Japanese Top Personal Trainer.

BIKINI選手として、自らがお尻＆脚をはじめとする美しいボディをメイクするプロであり、この経験を活かし、美尻＆美脚、ダイエットなどの指導を行っている。
